One year of access
Your access runs for one year from the day you buy, online through your NeuNov Learning account.

14-day refunds
Ask within 14 days of buying and, as long as you have not worked through most of the course, you get a full refund to your card.
Grown-ups hold the account
Account holders must be 16 or over. A parent or guardian can let a child play a Junior course on their own account.
